Brief Description of the Course | This program is an intensive training & mentoring course specially for MBBS medical officers working in prison settings. The syllabus encompasses information pertaining to the screening, identification, treatment & follow up of mental disorders which are prevalent in the prison setup. This course also covers legal aspects, rehabilitative aspects pertinent to prison mental health care. There is also a component of long term continued support for difficult cases post completion of the course. |
