| Brief Description of the Course | This is online course aimed at enhancing the knowledge of psychotropics among physicians. This aims at helping the participants to understand the fundamental principles about pharmacological properties of drugs, to prescribe/ practice judiciously commonly used psychotropics to the psychiatric diagnosis, to recognize side effects, contraindications and various important drug interactions of these medications, to manage side effects if patient has developed due to prescribed psychotropics and if needed to do timely referral |
